I discovered Coptic Art Journals at my first Mixed Media class. I fell head over heels with this beautiful bookbinding technique. Well, almost in love. As much as I enjoyed the beauty of the Coptic stitch and the process of sewing the book, I did not like the measuring, templates and math. When I got home and tried to create a Coptic journal on my own, it was a disaster. The written instructions were complicated, the measuring formulas and templates were confusing. Fractions? Grrrr...

So I devised a process to create gorgeous Coptic journals with no measuring, no templates, no math. Now you can create your Coptic journals quickly--and enjoy them as art journals, diaries, scrapbooks, recipe books, gifts-the possibilities are endless.
